Shipping & Delivery Policy
It will take approximately 5-10 business days to process your order since we receive your payment regardless of the shipping option selected. We will ship out the package as soon as we get confirmation from you. We cannot guarantee weekend delivery but will notify you if possible only when you select Express Delivery. You will receive a confirmation with the tracking number once your order is shipped.
1.Shipping to Nigeria and other African Countries:

Shipping through intermediary agents: Vic Hair uses Gabriel agent (Lagos, Nigeria) to be the shipping unit.
This is a big and experienced agent that specializes in delivering goods from Vietnam to Nigeria by cargo.
We collect all parcels and ship them to Mr Gabriel in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam and Mr Gabriel will ship them to Nigeria.
Mr Gabriel team have despatch riders for delivery within Lagos and do waybill from Lagos to other states in Nigeria or other African (GHANA, IVORY COAST, CAMERON, etc…)

If you choose Gabriel agent, we can deliver the hair on Thursdays and Saturdays weekly.
The time for the hair to be delivered is about 5-7 days maximum.
The delivery cost you will pay directly on delivery ( Its around 13.5$/1kg for Shipping fee and 800 Naira/1kg for Custom fee).
After Gabriel agent receives the hair from Vic Hair, they will send you a Whatsapp message informing the time of delivery.

- >>>If you have your own shipping agent in Vietnam, you just need to send us the address. Then, we will help you get the hair delivered at normal cost.
- >>> Shipping through UPS/FedEx/DHL: These are quick and convenient shipping units. The time of delivery is only about 3-7 days. However, you are not recommended to use these units because the costs are very expensive, and the tax for hair in Nigeria is high, too.
2. Shipping to other Countries:
Shipping Agents
Vic Hair provide various types of delivery worldwide, depends on your preference. The most popular courier service like DHL, FedEx, UPS … is available based on your region. The shipping price will also be informed to you based on your choice of shipping agents and delivery time. You will receive a confirmation from our sales agent once your order is ready to be shipped.
Kindly note that if you do not send request on any specific logistics provider, we will select the most appropriate one, based on our experiences and customers data. And, if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may cause delay in processing by an additional 1-2 business days. Therefore, we encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information before sending out to avoid any possible delayed.
Tracking code: When your order is shipped, we will provide you the tracking code with logistics carriers so that you could follow the journey of your package online. Please allow 2 – 3 days for the tracking information to show.

If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.
For Delivery time:
The time it takes for your order to reach your door depends on where you are in the world. An order will take 3-10 days to international (in regular seasons) or more depends on holiday seasons but will not exceed 15 days.

International Tax and Duty:
International customers (outside Vietnam) take responsibility for paying applicable inbound duties, taxes and other fees with your local Custom authority in your country. VIC HAIR only pays taxes, duty for orders with Vietnam customs.
Popular incidents with shipment/package
- Losing the package
In case the package is missing, the Sellers will need from 3 – 30 days (depending on the transportation process) to check and investigate with the transportation company. During this time, the Sellers don’t accept refunds until problem are solved.
Case 1: The Sellers won’t accept a refund when a package is determined as successfully delivered by the transportation company with full proof.
The sellers will not be responsible for compensation or other complaints if the buyers reports the package as lost when the package is reported successfully delivered by the transportation company or third party.
Case 2: The sellers will accept re-make order when a package is determined as a mistake of the transportation company.
After a period from 3 – 30 days to investigate, if the transportation confirm the package is lost due to their mistake, the sellers will have the responsibility to make new order and re-send it to the customers (same as the previous order and no extra fee)
- Receiving wrong product (size, styles, quality)/ damaged product/ lack of order
When you receive the items PLEASE TAKE VIDEO before and while opening the parcel/ package. Following our note below:
2.1. Video must be provided while unboxing/ unpackaging the items.
2.2. Pictures are not acceptable as proof.
We will not accept to return or refund if you don’t provide a full video while opening unbox your parcel.
