I. Order Process

Please follow the steps below as our suggestion for your orders

Select your final one and send its name with detailed description ( texture, length, color…)

Confirm your final decision with us regarding types, description and quantity. We will send out order confirmation with invoice for your reference
Order will be processed and packed properly before sending to Logistics Providers.
Pricing and Currency Conversion. All prices quoted in US dollars.

If you are ordering outside of Vietnam, your credit card company or bank might charge you a fee of $1-$10 that might display as if it was charged by Vic Hair. This fee is not charged by Vic Hair as it is charged directly by your bank because you are purchasing something outside of your country of origin.
