1. Are you trading company or manufacturer?

We are a manufacturer of human hair extension.

We wholesale directly not through middleman

 

2. How to place an order?

3. Is there a minimum order quantity?

The minimum order quantity is 0.5 kg products. We do not have a maximum order quantity. You can buy 5 bundles, a hundred bundles or more. The more you buy, the more discounts you get.

4. Where can I choose the color or texture? Do you have catalog

The answer is Yes. We have a color and texture chart. You can see in these below pictures to know more about our color and texture hair or refer more detail in our Vichair’s collection

5. How to pay for my order and what's your term of payment?

Once you have confirmed the invoice, We can move to payment process

1. Payment term:

Payment<=1000USD,100% in advance.
Payment>=1000USD, 30% before production,70% balance before shipment.

2. Payment methods

You can pay for your order by Western Union, Money Gram, transfer (T/T), online pay, or Paypal, etc….

With Paypal will add 5% extra charge will be applied to your order price.

Once the payment is completed, we will inform you as soon as possible.

6. What's the size you have?

We have 6- 32 inches, sometime we also have 34-40 inches but limited quantity.

7. How long is your delivery time?

Generally it is 5-7 days if the goods are in stock. Or it is 15-20 days if the goods are not in stock.

It is according to your detail of order (quantity, color and textures).

8. Where is the product shipped from? What is the cost of shipping?

All our products are shipped from Vietnam. We ship orders using DHL, UPS, EMS, Fedex,…. We do offer expedited shipping at the cost of customers’ expense and estimated delivery costs/time vary depending on which kind of service is chosen, weight of package, and delivery destination.

9. Is there any tax/duty/fee?

-> Each country has their own policies on import tax and custom fee. Buyers are responsible to pay any applicable duties, taxes and any other fees charged by the local customs authority. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend contacting your country’s customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates. Or you may give us our instruction how to describe the goods and which value to declare to make it most convenient for you. Generally, customers will require to describe the goods as “synthetic fibre” and put low value per unit price.

10. How can I know that you ship the products?

-> We ship the product via express services like UPS, DHL, FEDEX, etc… with a trackable shipping option, as that can greatly expedite the process. After sending the products, we will provide you a tracking number and you can visit website of express services to track the delivery of the products.

11. How to tell the difference between human hair & synthetic hair?

-> Human hair has natural protein, it is easy to tell by burning and smelling, human hair will be ash, which will go away after pinching, brazilian human hair will smell foul when burning, the human hair will show white smoke. While synthetic hair will be a sticky ball after burning and will show black smoke, moreover, human hair may have few gray hair and split end, it is normal and not a quality problem.

12. What is single drawn, double drawn and super double drawn hair?

-> They’re all our qualities and the difference among them is the amount of short hair mixed inside the bundles. – Single drawn hair has thin end because the amount of short hair mixed inside is the most but super double drawn has very thick end almost same length. It also costs much more than the single drawn hair and double drawn hair.

13. Will the hair shedding or tangle?

-> We do not guarantee 100% no tangle, no shedding because like your own hair, the hair can be come tangle due to being dryness, oil & dirty build-up, salt-water chlorine and not combing  properly (wide tooth comb). Therefore, make sure to wash & apply condition for your hair at least once time after 2-3 times using.

14.How many pieces needed for one head?

-> For average head size, to achieve a full head, our recommendation is 8″-14″: 2 bundles, 16″-20″: 3 bundles, 22″-28″: 4 bundles or more.

15. Can I color the hair?

-> As a general rule, it is easier to darken the hair than to lighten the hair. If you are not professional, improper dying will ruin the hair. Coloring by yourself will take a risk of not achieving the tone / shade you want. We highly recommend having your hairdresser dye the hair for you to get the desired color.

16. How can I measure the hair length?

All the hair we produce is true to length, even the hair is a little bit longer than the actual length. However, the hair texture like wavy and curly look like a little bit shorter. The correct way to measure the hair is after stretching.

17. Are the hair split end?

-> The hair ends is far away from the hair root, it’s lack of nutrition and easy to have the split ends issue. What we do is select the good quality hair material in priority to make the weft and trimming the hair ends before shipping. But it’s hard to avoid that there is few split ends inside when you get the hair. The split ends will be improved after the hair conditioner treatment.

18. Why having White/Grey hair?

-> All of our weft are made by 100% Human hair. There are some white/grey hair inside. Our inspection will pick the white/grey hair out from the weft before shipment. But all the work made by hand, it’s difficult to avoid that there is NO white/grey hair inside. Please pick out if there is few white/grey hair inside, thanks for your understanding.

19. Can I replace tape (for Tape hair) if I want?

Yes, of course, we also sell tape roll and remover tape also, if you need it.
